From our first visit for assessment through the completion of the root canal treatment over two visits, the entire experience was excellent and completely stress-free. Dr. Bita Shakiba is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional. She clearly explained the cause of the tooth pain, the recommended treatment, and all available options in a fair and unbiased way. We really appreciated that she gave us the opportunity to choose the option that best suited our situation and needs. Dr. Shakiba performed the root canal very smoothly and professionally, and the fees were also very reasonable and transparent. Her staff is equally helpful and welcoming. Jennifer, her nurse, made sure we were properly prepared for the root canal and explained the process clearly, which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Dr. Bita Shakiba for endodontic and dental care. We would definitely return to her for any future dental treatment.

I had a really great experience at Dr. Bita Shakiba’s office at Prime Endodontics. Dr. Shakiba is professional and kind. She and her team are respectful and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I have completed my treatment, and throughout each visit I had a very great experience. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the process felt clear and smooth. I am truly satisfied with my experience at Prime Endodontics. I was there today and everything was just as great as before.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shakiba for the past three years, and my experience has been consistently very positive. She has a strong depth of expertise and a solid clinical background. She is very thorough and thoughtful in her approach, always taking the time to assess every detail before making decisions. Her level of skill and understanding gives me a lot of confidence in the care I receive. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a capable and dependable endodentist.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at Prime Endodontics. My mother needed a root canal treatment, and naturally we were a bit anxious going in, but Dr. Bita and her entire team made everything so smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Bita was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the procedure. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my mother was comfortable throughout the treatment. The procedure was completed efficiently, and the care and attention to detail were outstanding. Her staff was just as accommodating, kind, welcoming, and very organized.
